Do warehouse staff need their own licences?

No. Floor users working on a handheld or the mobile app are unlimited and never charged. Only office/manager users who sign in to the web interface are counted.

What exactly counts as a "site"?

One physical address. All warehouse, production and shipping areas at the same address or campus count as a single site. Warehouses, zones, aisles, racks and bins within a site are unlimited.

Why are prices in euros?

Our list prices are euro-indexed, but quotes and invoices are issued in Turkish lira. The contract amount is calculated using the TCMB effective selling rate on the invoice date. A 12-month fixed TRY rate guarantee can also be requested.

Does the price go up every year?

Yes. At renewal the subscription fee is updated by the previous period's CPI, and by no less than 20%. This term is stated explicitly in the contract.

Where is our data held?

In Türkiye. Data does not leave the country. A KVKK data-processor agreement is signed as standard.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. Throughout the subscription and for 90 days after termination you can export all of it in standard formats (CSV and JSON). This is free and there is no limit on the number of exports.

If payment is late, does the warehouse stop?

No. If payment is late, the office interface first becomes read-only and is then suspended. Floor operations (receiving, picking, shipping) are never stopped at any stage.

Can it be purchased with KOSGEB support?

Yes. Software licence and cloud access costs are among the eligible expense items under the KOSGEB Capacity Development Support Programme. SMEs in manufacturing can also use the SME Digital Transformation Support Programme. We can guide you through the application.

Can we install it on our own servers?

This is possible at the Enterprise level, with an additional setup and infrastructure fee. That said, the cloud deployment goes live faster and receives every update automatically. If your concern is connectivity: our handheld app works offline and syncs when the connection returns.

Do we have to replace our existing ERP?

No. zerocon does not replace your ERP; it sits between your warehouse and production floor and your ERP. Your ERP keeps running finance and commercial processes.

How long does onboarding take?

The Starter plan is self-service; with the documentation and setup wizard you can start the same day. On Growth, onboarding averages 4-6 weeks, depending on master-data cleanup and the scope of the ERP integration.
